Everytime I give my site to another person they can't view it. They say the page cannot be displayed. Can anybody tell me what's wrong?

Not until you describe your setup. Have you read through the FAQ ?

Yeah I have read through it. Didnt help me much. My port is 80 and my console port is 8080. And people can't view my site or download my files.
