I have Abyss Web Server up and running with 100% no problems. My question to you is this. Does Abyss put my site on the world wide web or just a local network of computer? I need everyone to be able to access my site. If I am correct and only local computers can access it, how do I get it online for the www?

just a few questions ... what is your network topology? are yo on a LAN or are you directly connected to the net? have you purchased a domain name or are you going to goto a sub-domain provider like http://www.no-ip.com ... does your ISP block port 80? (that you know of) If you are on a home network ... do you have access to and can configure the router.
