SMTP HELP !!!

Iam a beginner to all these stuff. So, plz rely in detail. Recently, my isp has closed down their smtp server. So, i cannot use a mailer script (in PERL) that iam currently using. Is there any way, that free webhosting plans support smtp server service. Iam not intending to use a paid one, cause iam doing the web development for a learning process and iam not professional yet. :roll:

there is a program called QK SMTP Server you can run it right on your computer and it will send emails directly, good stuff
