Curl is an extension of PHP. You will find it in the Windows zip package of PHP. You can install all this package and open php.ini, locate the line:

;extension=php_curl.dll
|
and change it to:
| Code: |
extension=php_curl.dll
|
php_curl.dll should be put in the extension directory of PHP (see the extension_dir parameter in php.ini).
