I tried looking for its requirements but it seems you have to join to find that out... I could not find their about section being a non-member... It doesn't seem to run on anything more exotic than php (phpportal forums - powered by vbulletin) and most likely MySQL.
If its open source find out the requirements. If its not and you really want it, it seems they'll install it for a fee... Look around, Geeklog is one of my favorites in the CMS (Content Management Systems) world. Good luck :)
