Didn't you say you were going to teach me how to set up a static ip if my webserver didn't workout?

Alternative method see below
----------------------------------
Step 1
Do you have a static IP?
If no, get one
If yes proceed to step 2
Step 2
Do you use a router
If no, buy one (for it's firewall features)
If yes proceed to step 3
Step 3
Do your server have a fixed ip in the local range?
If no, change it's IP to a value in the local range, gateway is local ip address of router
If yes, proceed to step 4
Step 4
Configure your server to route port 80 requests to your server
Alternative method
Learn dutch and go to http://server.idemdito.org/svt/ _________________ Home server |
