This has happened on of my computers using PHP5 and abyss. For some reason, any variable put into the URL (?name=var) or through GET on a form will work for a while. and then suddenly they wont work anymore. The script will run as if theres no GET variables are there. Has anyone else experienced this or know any way to fix it/test for problems

No, I never had that problem. Do you have the Custom Environment Variables with
Code: | Name: REDIRECT_STATUS
Value: 200 | with your php? _________________ Site Administrator of Nucca The Warrior's Website

I figured it out. For some reason, even though the code worked before, Register_Globals was turned off. I don't know why the code used to work and then suddenly stopped, but adding the appropriate prefixes to the variables made them work. I guess turning globals on would have made it work too. But still, weird. |

You shouldn't use register globals because it can be a security risk and it is being removed in PHP 6. _________________ -Blake | New Server :D
