ASP.NET errors -The process cannot access the file because i

I get these errors when I try to access a page sometimes running Abyss & ASP>NET. I do not get this error when I run IIS with ASP.NET

Can somebody help me?

The error is an internal indication that the ASP.NET connector has some temporary problems. Usually you don't have to pay attention to that unless it always happens (and generates hundreds of such reports).
