Abyss Web Server is a web server. So it won't support FTP connections. You'll need an FTP server for that. _________________ Support Team

Well let me give you my story with a FTP server  ...
Ok, well I got apache a long time ago and installed PHP, Perl, mysql, etc. on it and it was ready to go but i wanted an FTP server also. I began my search and i FIRST found bulletproof ftp server, but it was only a 30 day trial :( . SO next I found a few others but they didnt support what i needed. I found now a freeware FTP software that i thought would be crap, because its freeware, but it turns out i REALLY DO like it :D
here is the url:

I found that one to :D I only wish you could set max # off connections differently for each user because I can't even log in to update my site until a slot open 8O
Has anybody else had a problem with it under heavy load giving you a fatal error message on windows98? To many people were trying to access it but no slots were available.
