i can receive mail,
but cannot send mail with outlook express.

i set to
Code:
pop3 server (outlook express)
incoming mail (pop3)=support2.no-ip.org
outgoing mail (smtp)=support2.no-ip.org

Code:
[mail function]
; For Win32 only.
SMTP = localhost
smtp_port = 25

; For Win32 only.
;sendmail_from = localhost


pls help ,message sent with no error message

Some international email providers blocking dinamics IPs. Try check your hmail logs if you enabled this.

All ISP's with dynamic IP's cannot be used to sent or receive e-mails. Over 75% of servers will reject any mail you try to send. You also need rDNS.

You will need SMTP auth to use hmailserver with outlook.

If you set up an SMTP Relayer you can send mail with hmailserver just fine (providing its your ISP's mail relayer).

Don't expect mail to be received by POP. I had the same problem.
