http://www.namecheap.com/ - $9.29 USD/year
http://www.namecheap.com/ - $9.99 USD/year
http://www.no-ip.com/ - $15.00 USD/year

I'm not sure if you'd be able to find it any cheaper than that. There is an established fee with ICANN that each registrar gets - and it's the same for every registrar.

GoDaddy is constantly running specials on new domain registrations.
You can get a .org or .us for $6.99, a .info for $2.99, or a .mobi for $8.99.

.coms are $9.99.
But if you use the following code, you can get it for $7.81:

I'd go with GoDaddy, they seem to be good. (I might transfer all my stuff over to them some day).

I always use lycos because their prices are fairly low and they offer full DNS support, just how it should be, unlike some hosts who limit certain aspects of it or make it plain difficult.

I use 1&1 Internet (http://1and1.co.uk), they offer .co.uk names for £1.99 per year, and full DNS control.

I also use 1&1, but the horror stories of canceling/transferring from them is scaring me to consider another service.
