Is it possible to run both php4 and 5 on the same machine running abyss?
If so, how do i configure???

Yes, you would install and configure both. However if you plan to use both of them on the same host then you will need to have different file extensions (many people do .php5 for 5 and .php for 4, however I do .php for 5 and .php4 for 4. Whatever works for you...). They just need different file extensions. If the interpreters are setup on separate hosts then there's no conflict.
