this thing on the index of phpmyadmin dont let me create new databases. how can i fix this problem
it says
"
Create new database: [?]
x No Privileges

Are you logging in as root? Only root has permissions by default to make new databases.

the root account do allow me to make new databases. when i go to my index of phpmyadmin |
