What's the possibility that my isp will let me use their dns server? Is it possible? I pay them 10.00 a month for a static ip. There a small telephone company in ne Pennsylvania.

Not quite sure what you're getting at here, Tom...

When you sign up with your ISP, you have DNS server addresses provided to you. They simply translate a domain name into an IP address, which is all invisible to the average computer user.

If you have a domain, they provide you with name servers that will translate your domain to the IP address you want it to be associated with.
When someone accesses your domain, a DNS request is sent out to their ISP's DNS server, which contacts the name server for your domain. Then the IP address associated with your domain is given to the user, whose browser calls the server and the information is sent.
