hi
i have downloaded abyss server in order to work with SSI.
but it doesn't work.

in the config file is written:
SSIEnabled Yes

SSICmdEnabled No

SSIExtension shtml shtm stm

SSIErrorMsg

SSITimeFmt

SSISizeAbbrev No

CustomErrorDefault

mimetype "text/html" html htm shtml

and it doesn't work.

then i created .htaccess file:

Options +Includes

AddType text/html .shtml

AddHandler server-parsed .shtml

still doesn't work.

the extension of the file is: .shtml

and the command in the file is:

<!--#include file="header.html" -->

what's wrong? i hope u can help

tnx

.htaccess isn't recognized with AByss Web Server. We recommend that you read the documentation provided with the server for detailed help in the future.
Anyway, SSI files must have .shtml extension. The include directive must also have a valid parameter (have you checked the SSI directive syntax?)
