I'm a NEWBIE ! - please help me w/ CGI

I'm a newbie at this cgi stuff ! and i got sent this CGI script and I want to install it and use it !

It came with these files:

-setup.cgi
-subseven.ban
-subseven.cgi
-subseven.log
-subseven.mem
-subseven.set
-------------------
I know what it does but I don't know how to install this stuff !

Dude what does the script do?
and if its cool can you send it to me?

Make sure you have cgi enabled in your
admin console, plus be sure you have 'perl'
setup on your pc right and point the 'shebang'
line in the cgi script to that location.
