Hi Folks:

I just upgraded to the latest version of Abyss Webserer Pro in order to take advantage of the Let's Encrypt SSL certificates. Unfortunately it seems to have brokent my website with respect to the display of Google Ads and also one java script for scrolling text automatically for a news display. The website woks fine if it is just HTTP, but these two issues happen only if one connects to the site using HTTPS (I was attempting to force all traffic to HTTPS, but this has create a problem.) Not sure what is causing this behaviour. The website in question is my hot air balloon website: www.notjusthotair.com. Abbyss is currently set to accept either HTTP or HTTPS. HTTP it works fine... HTTPS fails with respect to the items above.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated in resolving this issue.

Cheers, Dave Melnyk

dmelnyk,

We have just visited the HTTPS version of your URL and we've been greeted with two Google ads (one in the bottom of the page and the second at the right side.)

So it seems to be working fine. Do you confirm?

Managed to fix the https issue. There were some specific links that were using http and thus worked on http but on https failed removing the http rerference in the link resolved the problem, but it took me a while to find a resource that explained this problem.

So the issue is now resolved. Thanks
