Hi,
Has anyone successfuly installed the Zend Optimizer 3.3 on an Abyss server.

I get an error regarding the absence of php4ts.dll .
Since our websites are rather critical I didn't get any further than this error and have no idea if there are any more :-(
I am using Abyss 2.6, PHP 5.2.9.1

Regards
Richard

Judging by the filename, and the version on these two bug reports:

PHP Bugs: #19282: Place php4ts.dll into \sapi
HTTP Filter DLL C:\PHP\php4ts.dll failed to load

It looks like the file is for PHP4. The script your using may not be compatible with the PHP5 line, so you may want to:

- Downgrade to PHP4 (though this isn't a good idea).
- Check the vendor for an updated copy of the script.
- Manually debug the code, seeing what the DLL is for (what function calls), and see if PHP5x includes some sort of workaround.

I'd help more, but I'm inexperienced with PHP4.

Thanks Toasty - I think I'll leave it until a quiet time.

Many Thanks

Richard
