Is there any way to relocate the website folder?

C:\Program Files\Abyss Web Server\htdocs is really an awkward place for me.

Yes, you can put it elsewhere if you want.
In the host configuration, just browse to the location in your Documents Path and hit "Select".
For example, the location of my websites are in C:\www\.

Here's a hint to help you get to your files quicker...
Make a shortcut to your websites folder on your desktop.
Personally, I like putting a shortcut in my Quick Launch toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
