Open_basedir?

In Apache (with PHP as a module) you can do this per host:

php_admin_flag open_basedir /users/username


Can something similar be done with Abyss? Like in either environment variables or the arguments for the interpreter? I am wanting to secure each host to its directory only for PHP.
