Creating a forum on Abyss?

I like the way that this forum is laid out. I've seen one almost exatcly like it elsewhere which made me wonder...is this forum part of the scripting of Abyss? Or is the script for this forum available for download and use with Abyss?

The forum is created by phpBB Group (http://www.phpbb.com/). You don't get it when you download Abyss, but you can go download it from their site and install it into your webserver from there.
You will need:
PHP - http://www.php.net/downloads.php
MySQL - http://www.mysql.com
phpBB - http://www.phpbb.com
phpMyAdmin (not fully neccesary, but its very helpful) - http://www.phpmyadmin.net
