I've been working recently on a new project.
It aims to be similar to http://pastebin.com, but with a cleaner interface and completely ad-free. It's also much faster.

http://stephen.calvarybucyrus.org/codebin/

I'd be glad for people here at the forum to post code and snippets at this site.
Hey, if it gets enough traffic, it might get its own domain!

I've tested it with IE6 and FF 1.5. Please post comments, constructive criticism, bugs, improvements, etc.
Thanks!

Thanks, Aprelium :)

I've had a lot of fun learning as I created all the code from scratch.

BTW, thanks Kisom (cmxflash) for being the first to post code!

I've just posted the full source code from the new AbyssWS Log Splitter project. Enjoy!

New URL!

http://code-bin.homedns.org

Thanks to all who have posted so far.
I thought I might get a shorter URL to the site. It was a little long. ;-)

Note: Both the old and new URLs are completely functional.

This project was somewhat left behind for a few months. A few users have asked to be able to see others' postings.
The Code-Bin now has a page that shows all postings.

pkSML,

That's nice to see that you're working again on it. What about adding syntax highlighting (GeShi could be used if you're using PHP: http://qbnz.com/highlighter/ ).

I'll look into that. Thanks for the suggestion.

After 4 - 1/2 months, I finally decided to put syntax highlighting in. GeSHi was very helpful! Thanks for the link, Aprelium.

Other minor changes:
  • Many different types of code can be entered
  • Shows size of code on listing page
  • If syntax code exceeds 50KB, there will be a link to show it, rather than killing bandwidth. (This is for all you dial-up users!)
The most useful scripts in the Code-Bin are here -->
http://pksml.net/scripts/php

Things yet to accomplish:
  • Show code listings by type
  • Pagination of code listings
Check it out

Congratulations for the syntax highligthing addition. It's working great and makes the code look prettier than the plain monospaced version.
