Ok, the title is a bit weird but I didn't know what to put for it. Anyway, I was wondering if it is possible to add a new document to the right click menu. I want to be able to add something like "PHP Document" instead of having to rename the text document every time I create a PHP file. Is this possible?

Here's a screenshot of the Right click menu if you don't know what I'm talking about. As you can see, it's very straight forward.

I just tried that and it doesn't work. Any other options?

Why not just create a new Text Document and change the extension to php, I've never had any problem using this method?

That's exactly what I'm trying to avoid. ;-)

You could just keep a blank php file on your desktop then CTRL + C and CTRL + V it to wherever you want :-)

Thats what I often do.
