Hello,
I'm using the Abyss webserver free edition. My problem is I can't open my site from other PCs. I will give some info.
# Router is set in pure bridged mode, so port forwarding is not needed. I have tested through canyouseeme.org and it reported port 80 as open.
# Scanned port 80 from another PC. port 80 is shown to be responding.
# I can open my site from my own PC.
# Can't open site from other PC
I suspect I failed to configure my server properly. I m just guessing. I don't know whats happeneing. Can anybody tell me the proper settings for the server to work?

have you tried with another port, such as 8080 or 8000...?

Have you tried checking your IP address? Besides that, if multiple computers are hooked up to one router you may need to set up some Virtual Server things... I don't know much beyond that.
Basically:
Check your IP
Make sure 80 is open (I know you did)
Make sure that your router has incoming requests on 80 sent to your computer (I think) |
