Thanks. I had some of my friends help with the CSS and themes. I think it looks better than the old theme. My old theme was too dark.

Does it take a long time to load? I can change my images to a different format for faster loading if necessary. Let me know if my server is slow because of my images. Thanks.

Does it take long for the homepage to load? I compressed the images like MrWiseOne suggested. The images used to be about 60kb each and now they are at most a tenth of that.

Great website.. my question is there a way to compress the buttons.. and the banner? cuz now that is the only thing take a while to load... other than that everythign else is GREAT!!!!

Also may i ask what you use to compress them... or what format are you using after you compress them?

I just converted the images to png. The png format is a very nice format for images and it takes up a tenth of what a bitmap would.

Update:
I am playing around with using a CMS such as Joomla or e107 to power my site. Right now, the active site is Joomla based but I am also trying out e107. I still have the original html based site as well.

Awesome! Thanks. I'm not sure of which one is better. I think that e107 is more user friendly and Joomla is more business oriented. I am not trying to run a business, but I am trying to run an online community. What I am most concerned about is server speed. Which one is faster?

e107 is faster, they both depend on size of site. Joomla is a large package so it can be slower if your server is not the faster one

We now have a domain name www.igahome.org sponsored by Tyler Menezes on IGA. We also have an IRC chat server irc.igahome.org port 6667 hosted by hc2995. You can use your own IRC client or the web client www.igahome.org/irc to chat.

Thanks. IGA has moved to a commercial server with better bandwidth than my internet and pc can give out. If I can pay for better internet bandwidth, I will make another Abyss powered site. I may make my own site that doesn't require tons of bandwidth or fast download speeds, but that will come in time. I have really enjoyed using Abyss and prefer it any day over Apache.
