|
|
Hi guys well iv been reading the setup instructions and followed all the steps, iv forwarded ports to my PC ip address which is 192.168.1.3, and have found my internet address, when i type in the internet address to the browser it asks me for a password and username; which seems to be my router admin password and username. Once typed in i get my router interface.
my default host is http://127.0.0.1:82 and my site appears on my computer when i type it in.
other people still can't view it tho.
any ideas :( |

to my understanding, your port forwarding did not "commit". if you browsed your internet address and you have properly setup port forwarding, then you should be able to browse your webserver from your pc if your router supports loopback.
my suggestion is that you go over your port forwarding again to see if you have done it right. _________________

Are you using your external IP Address and not "127.0.0.1" to access your
website? Your real IP Address is: http://www.ipchicken.com |
