I have selected the log file for each of my 3 web sites running on Abyss. They do not seem to be getting logged.
The .log files have not changed since 5 hours ago when i set them up.
I see no settings as to when abyss writes these logs. Or does it write to the log file every time a vistor comes to one of the sites?
Any help appreciated. |

I did not say it logs for the fun of it. Some server apps are set to generate every X minutes or other config like that. I just wanted to know if this application was like that.
But I got it figured out, so tnx for the reply anyway. |

pcs800,
The cgi.log, isapi.log, and fastcgi.log are updated when there are errors or problems in the scripts or applications Abyss Web Server launches.
But you can also set ISAPI and FastCGI to log all the dialog that takes place between the application and the server. This is only recommended for developers as this will generates tens of lines for every request. _________________ Support Team
