I could, but I'm not going to until you've searched this site for the already present solution. _________________ Any information contained herein is provided in "as is" condition without any guarantee for its accuracy, contains no warrantees - express or implied - and confers no rights.

Hey Magnum, words of advice... regardless of how many errors spill off your screen this issue is not an Abyss PHP problem. Have you tried seeking help at the php-nuke forums? A few more words of advice, if your CMS provider offers no support through forums or email or any other method of contact know at least theirs hundreds of free CMS choices available to you with better support...
Asking a php-nuke question here is like asking an Adobe photoshop question to Microsoft... Pretend you called Microsoft for real they'll simply tell you to call Adobe...
To better help you understand incase no one answers your question, chances are the best support available for php-nuke is php-nuke themselves... If their not answering you, find something easier...
I personally tested plenty of scripts and though I ran into problems and never dealt with php or MySQL before I was determined enough to answer my own questions... When it got to hard though I either (A.) moved on to something else similar. or (B.) Asked the proper contacts.
Heres a few more words of advice before I sign off... I do not wish to knock php-nuke because I don't use it (once and dropped it) and to be honest I probably can not give you a unbiased opinion but word around town is php-nuke is spaghetti code (bad and prone to errors).
Perhaps try something similar... Look around and when worst comes to worst tell us everything about your setup and everything means everything...
versions of the following:
OS:
Abyss:
PHP:
MySQL:
Which version .ini file from PHP are you using? the dist or the recommended?
Heres one option which might help you to understand spaghetti code... In your php.ini file go in and edit display_errors = on to display_errors = off
Restart Abyss and then refresh your php-nuke page... Do you see errors? Does it work? Chances are thats how it was intended to work... sloppy...
Another great reason why working with something else right now similar to php-nuke is probably a best choice for you is (A.) because when simple errors begin to pop up you can answer them easier than a page full. and (B.) its all about what works when it comes to free...
Good luck :) _________________ Victor B. Gonzalez

Isn't that similar to the line I used on Ice` ? ;)
By the way, MaGnUm, here's a link to a search page, and I know one of those will be the solution to your problem.

Nope, it's not a server problem, of for that matter a PHP problem, it's your configuration of PHP, goto the PHP-Nuke website for support asking about the required PHP.ini required config... Essentially, my point is that if you couldn't get something like PHP-Nuke to work with IIS, would you go and ask Microsoft for support?, No you wouldn't. I hope you see my point... _________________ Any information contained herein is provided in "as is" condition without any guarantee for its accuracy, contains no warrantees - express or implied - and confers no rights.

My points earlier are now go ask your question to php-nuke. Ask them you can not log-in, you're faced with an error 200. Get the answer and work with it. Keep looking if you have too. Once you find it, believe it or not php-nuke will work fine for you and you'll wont understand why if you turn display_errors = on theirs errors galore...
Thats my point about spaghetti code. Its not your fault. Good luck :) _________________ Victor B. Gonzalez

In PHP.ini, set register_globals=on . That's it. _________________ Support Team

Heres a little info about error 200 as according to Aprelium on another thread. Quote: | But remember that error 200 means that the script sent nothing to the server. This means that the developers of the script did not even bother catching all the problems a user can run to and sending it even an error report. Not writing any thing is surely the easiest way for them to avoid "visible" bugs. |
Have you seeked support at the php-nuke site? Are they giving you the cold shoulder? IMHO, move on and don't waste any more time. Like I said earlier theres hundreds of free CMS scripts on the net...
Look at it like this... Even if you manage to get around error 200 the errors will still exist, you just cant see them now because display_errors = off... Can you live with that? Most of php-nuke expects their users to live with it and I wonder why... Oh yeah spaghetti code... Look around, something better always exist. Good luck :) _________________ Victor B. Gonzalez

So the problem is related to your PHP-Nuke configuration. Check it again and follow their installation guide. _________________ Support Team
