Edit: so should kayaking this evening _________________ Olly |

Now 34*c outside and 30*c in side. I have a 16inch fan on full speed, and its not even keeping me cool.
I might go and sit in the freezer :-D _________________ Andy (AbyssUnderground) (previously The Inquisitor)

It's scorching hot here in the West Midlands too!
I just had a sandwich outside with the family, my two children didnt eat much so left their sandwiches on the table. After 10 minutes in the sun they were eating cheese on toast LOL The sun had toasted the bread and melted the cheese and butter!!
It sure is a hot one :-) _________________ Please SEARCH the forums BEFORE asking questions! |

In Ohio, USA: On Monday, it was about 90 degrees Fahrenheit (32.2 C)! Factory work is really fun in these conditions - wearing jeans, an apron, disposable pants, and gloves! It was about 94 degrees inside.
BTW, I can't believe it, but http://www.abyssunderground.co.uk is offline! _________________ Stephen

Its fine here. No downtime has been reported by any of my uptime monitors.
EDIT: Someone on MSN just said the same thing but I checked with proxify.com and it works on there, and it also works locally (still goes out of my network and back in).
A-OK from sweden
A-OK from boston/uk
A-OK from middlesbrough/uk
A-OK from sheffield/uk
EDIT2: Seems anyone in Canada and USA are having trouble connecting. TRUSTAbyss is also having problems. Probably a routing problem, out of my hands. _________________ Andy (AbyssUnderground) (previously The Inquisitor)

Hmm...
I tried pinging your site, of which each request timed out. I tried accessing your IP directly (figuring a possible DNS error or problem in DNS cache), but it is also a no-go. Very interesting.

Yeah, I thought it could be a DNS issue but it works for most other people, so its more likely a routing issue over seas. It shold be back to normal soon enough. _________________ Andy (AbyssUnderground) (previously The Inquisitor)
