By default Abyss Web Server is installed to C:\Program Files\Abyss Web Server (on a Windows system)
In this directory there is a file called "abyss.conf", that is the configuration file for Abyss that you will need to backup. Just replace it when you install the fresh copy of Abyss after re-format etc
