Don't want to comment on the design until you get it finished. Didn't like the scrolling text but I'll wait until it's fully running. One thing, tho', you are using BMP files for your images. Much better to make them JPEG or GIF - they will load a lot faster and use a lot less bandwidth. You would also be wise to give them descriptive names instead of "img0000x" - it makes it easier for you to edit after you've been away from it for a while.
Keep on working on it - I'm sure it will be very good.:)
