Configure PHP to support the database type that you chose, or alternatively, choose a database type that is supported by the configuration of PHP you have already...
Try a forum search for this and you'll find it's already been answered properly plenty of times - 'phpbb database type', all terms. _________________

Apparantly you didn't do such a good job of copying everything then.
Re-enable the mysql module in php; I'm sure a search for "php_mysql.dll" would assist you there. _________________

Indeed, they may well not be compatible, but that's not what's causing this error.
If you've done exactly like was said in the URL I gave you then the same error should not persist. Search your computer for other files named php.ini and delete all but the one you modified. _________________
