It's still timing out. Your ISP may have disabled port 80, try 81. Also, if you have a router have you setup port forwarding (virtual server)?

On my tries, it doesn't time. I just get "This page cannot be displayed".

Not with my browser. When a page times out, it displays an error dialog, with NO this page cannot be displayed screen.

I'm using the SBC Yahoo! DSL Broswer v. 3.01.02.409

also my computer is always on becuase it has hardware problems when botting up this excludes reseting the computer by button and restarting windows.

We have Iprimus in autralia with adsl 256/128 and port 80 isnt disabled i dont think any ports are disabled.
