On a dialup it has a sluggish response time, or decent at best :P, but yet tolerable. :)

i'm using port 8080 and my site shouldn't really have pop ups other than the one that the host .tk puts on and thats the only one

He said portal, not port, so I assumed he ment a pre-made script site portal.
