My P.I. was sent a project to goverment and described a account for access our lab's web page. The password of that account is only five characters (my boss did it! and can't not change anymore!!), so I can't create a user with a five characters password. How can I overcome this problem? May I modify some parameters or some chl files?

This is hardcoded in the software and there is no way to go below the 6 characters limit. But please contact us at support@aprelium.com and we will send you a specific made version that can work with 5 characters in the password.
