Check The Speed

Can you guys do me a favor and check the speed of my site?

Try counting seconds. Test this:

http://www.trielite.net

And then record time, and then this:

http://www.trielite.net/forums

And record time.

15 seconds for the main site and 6 for the forum. Its a good looking site so I would be prepared to wait so dont worry.

I used 2Mbps NTL Broadband in the Middlesbrough area of the UK.

55 seconds for the main site to finish loading, and 15 seconds for the forum; but I'm running on an old slow box ... a Dell OptiPlex GN+ with a Pentium MMX 233 CPU, LOL. My aDSL connection is faster than the processor.

I tried again this morning and got the same results, 15 for first and 6 for forum.

Yeah... not too zippy here. Around 20secs for all the jpgs to finally load up on the main site (nice site... but some layout problems visible for me... could be IE though! LOL). And 10secs or so for the Forum (nice job on the CPG Hardwired theme, there! But seeing some layout problems there too).
Of course, it could be Andy the SmogMonster stealing my bandwidth... heheheheheh.
How's things in the Boro???
