I would avoid www.phpbb2.de. Yes, they have installed a bunch of MODs, but that's the downfall. The MODs are generally poorly implemented, raise processing time, raise sql queries, and put a huge load on your server. Now, this is nothing against www.phpbb2.de, they are an excellent supporter of phpBB, but those pre-modded boards (not just phpbb2.de, any pre-modded board) are generally more trouble than they are worth. Why not instead install only the MODs you want? Besides, you don't get to ask for help from phpBB.com's crackshot Support Team and helpful community if you use a pre-modded board. From anyone, doesn't matter who. Take it from someone in the know. :)
