Yep.. finally: now i have a question 8O

I know it is possible to make a script which allows you to make free subdomains(eg. www.route.66.com)

Now i have tried installing this script on abyss too so that i get subdomains on my computer(like http://public.217.120.133.142 and http://private.217.120.133.142). The problem is, when i do this it keeps on laoding forever and then says after some time"cannoot show this page bla bla bla"

any ideas?

Subdomains aren't a web server thing. The script you have works only if the subdomain exists really (that means that if you have registred such a domain or have access to it.)

No thatīs not totally true, evreybody thinks you have to pay for subdomains, you can use an index script too. The prob is thatit doesnt seem to work with an ip addy

and if i canīt get it to work, how can i saw <my-i>:1234 goes to dir /private and for instace <my-ip>:4321 goes to /public or something?

!Keys, IP addresses are not domain names. So subdomains does not have a meaning on an IP address. We recommend reading a tutorial about DNS to understand really what are the differences between IP, domains, subdomains, etc. .
