Setting up PHPMyAdmin for the first time. The log in page appears, but every time I try to log in I get:

MySGL is running fine and I can log in both locally and remotely with various admin programs.

| Did you modify the config.inc.php file with your MySQL login information? |

| I tried the config file in various ways, first unmodified, and with localhost, 127.0.0.1, and the URL as well as with the user and password. Also rebooted the server. |
