I've set up a server using Abyss x1, designed a website that has a number of download links. Users can click on them and start downloading a file, but how can I monitor the process to see the connection, rate of speed and when the download is complere etc. I looked at statistics but even when i refresh, they don't seem to change.

If it wasn't for my firewall reporting uploading activity, I wouldn't know anything was happening. Any ideas? Thanks.

------------- Update 02 Feb -------------------

I'm guessing there is no way to monitor downloads using Abyss?

The statistics do not change until a download is over. So if the download takes 5 minutes to finish, you won't see any change during these 5 minutes.

The coming version 2.8 (which will be released soon) contains an activity monitor which exposes the information you are looking for in realtime.
