Yes, the frameset comes up, and the title but not anything else, and it work's when I accses it on my computer, but not when I right click on the systray icon and select "Browse web site"
I can see the frameborders so I know it's there, but text and pictures are gone. |

zpelmo,
It seems that your HTML code has some wrong URLs. Do not use file names that refer to your hard drive such as c:\Abyss\htdocs\dir\page1.html in the HTML code. You must use instead virtual paths (/dir/page1.html for example.)
If you can't fix your HTML, post here your main HTML page code and tell us what is your Documents path in Abyss Web Server > Console > Server Config. _________________ Support Team

<title>ZpElmO's Sven CO-OP page - A Sven CO-OP fan page</title>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
</head>
<frameset cols="160,1100" rows="*">
<frame src="menu.html" name="menu">
<frameset rows="160,656" cols="*">
<frame src="heading.html" name="heading">
<frame src="enter.html" name="enter">
</frameset>
</frameset>
<noframes>
<body bgcolor="#FFFFFF" text="#000000">
</body>
</noframes>
</html>
|
and in the documents path in Console->Server Conf is "htdocs" |

That means "menu.html" and so on must be in the same exact directory as index.html. Is that the case with you?
Go to http://yourip/menu.html and see if it displays. _________________ Bienvenidos! |

Yes and I figured it out with help from aprelium, I built the page with Dreamviewer and it used a harddrive path as adress, that was the problem.
Now the ony problem is that no body can connect to my site, I registered at DynDNS, added host zpelmo.mine.nu, I update the IP of the host regulary, and My Jensen Scandinavia Broadband router has open port 80 and 8080,, The document's path of abyss is set to HTDOCS, and the port the server will use is set to 8080, bcause 80 was already taken. |

Type in yourip:8080 and see if it works. _________________ Bienvenidos! |

That worked, but DynDNS won't agree on having :8080 in the IP |

The only way, then, to have your DNS resolved correctly with a non-standard port is to use a port 80 redirect.
EDIT: You can append :8080 to the end of your DynDNS name. _________________ Bienvenidos! |
