Does X1 or X2 support IPv6 yet?

I'd also be interested in this... If it even impacts the server at all (don't think it does, think it's all network layer)

IPv6 is not yet supported but this isn't a major issue for most people since the Internet is still using IPv4 massively.

IPv6 support is going to be added in the coming release but adding it will force us to drop support for ancient operating systems such as Windows 2000 and NT and Windows 95/98/ME. These don't support IPv6 (even though Windows 2000 had an add-on to add that support, things were a mess with it).

Honestly, I think the loss is perfectly acceptable to be future proof...

I'm curious what OS's are currently used?

I used XP, and Windows 2000 Server way long ago, then Server 2003 R2 (which I loved, but was only licensed for 32-bit), and now use Server 2008 R2 (Don't go for 2008, only 2008 R2).

That's where I stand, maybe the 2000's and less users are a very small percentage... And if people are using 95 or 98, they better be wearing a condom while they're surfing...

Toasty,

Dropping support for Windows 95/98/ME, NT is not a problem since almost no one still use them for doing serious business.

The situation is different with Windows 2000 which still be used by a small but persistent share of our customers.
