I currently have compression set to 6 and enabled only for CSS and Javascript. Should i also enable compression for PHP & HTML ? Should i also encrypt Error Pages?

I'd rather not stress system resources as i have plenty of unused bandwidth but at the same time i want pages to load faster for users.

Turtles,

You can enable it for text/html or even text/* MIME types (regardless of their origin : HTML file or the result of a script.)

If you are on a modern computer, compression overhead should not be very perceivable. So give it a try to decide if it is worth activating.
