500 error

i have downloaded a topsites scirpt and i installed the newest version of perl and installed it, read around in the forum and installed it from aprelium perl page.

ok

http://24.0.149.218/cgi-bin/data/_setup.htmlt <-- loads and everything but when you click save it doesnt even go to the right page, and if it did goto the right page it still doesnt load http://24.0.149.218/cgi-bin/setup.cgi <-- thats where its suppose to go but that doesnt load either can someone plz help me fast

You might be having some problems with your paths.
setup.cgi is here:
http://24.0.149.218/cgi-bin/prefer/setup.cgi (gives a 500 error)

Your setup htmlt is here:
http://24.0.149.218/cgi-bin/prefer/rdata/_setup.htmlt

I would go back and see if you have all your paths configured correctly.
