First, thanks for making Abyss available. As a user of Windoze XP Home, Microsoft has seen fit to deny me a built-in Web server. Abyss is great, and with the outstanding documentation, I was up and running with PHP and ASP running in no time.

OK...on to the question:

Are cron jobs possible on Abyss? Is there any equivalent to a crontab file?

Thanks in advance for the help.

We're really pleased to know that you like Abyss Web Server.
Crontab (or task scheduler) is not part of a web server. It is an operating system service (crontab was long available on UNIX systems before the invention of the web  ).
On Windows, there is an equivalent. It is called "Task Scheduler" and is accessible from the control panel (Start -> Control Panel -> Scheduler Tasks). For a tutorial on how to use it, you can read http://windows.about.com/library/weekly/aa001022a.htm or just consult browse the help of XP.
