Well, recently i got my PS2 (Online pack) as some of you would know, and i just got my router today. Great, says i, i know i'm going to have problems. Oh, look...I'M RIGHT!
Well, i can get online and everything fine, and my ps2 can get online....
The ip to my server is entitled "start ip" and it isn't my normal "12.208.200.159"(Entitled "Internet ip") ip. Its "192.168.1.100" ...is there any way to keep using "12.208.200.159"? _________________ Thank you all. Aprelium most importantly.

Well... I noticed my ip changed when I put my router back up. I don't know if you can put it back. But 192.168.1.100 is your lan ip, not your real ip. If you have a router, you may need to foward your web server port... What router do you have?
Luckly for me, I had a no-ip account so things like my forum were fine... _________________ New image comming soon...

go to http://192.168.1.1/
password admin
click "advanced" tab then "forwarding"
I have the user's guide for that router and I am willing to help you with it if you aren't smart enough to figure it out from there. |

It will give you that untill you foward the ports and enable it. Otherwise, you should only see it when you go to http://192.168.1.1 . _________________ New image comming soon...

If port forwarding doesn't work, you can always try total forwarding: DMZ. Instead of going to the forwarding tab, click the DMZ tab. This will pretty much put your computer "in front" of the router. Any requests to your external ip ("real-world" ip as some call it, such as 12.210.216.25) will go straight to your internal ip (which seems to be 192.168.1.101). _________________ Bienvenidos! |

Which doesn't answer the question about the admin interface - are you saying you can't login to it at all ? If the router is brand new the default passes should work, if it's second hand you need to ask whoever you bought it from what their password was. |

you should be able to reset to the default settings and password by sticking a pin in the little hole that says "reset" on the front of the router and holding it for about 20 seconds. |

Don't worry, we are all aware. Karasu and Goose have both been banned in the past for this kind of action.
Also, saying things like "u timewasting peevish little CENSORED !!!!!!!!!" will not solve anything. You are actually being hypocritical, and there will sure be flaming to follow.
One more thing:
