I need help on this...
We are currently making our project in school that utilizes CGI programming in GNU C++ (I use Cygwin on my PC, 'cause we use UNIX/LINUX on school). The school uses Apache Web Server, for us to run our CGIs on IE/Netscape. I've downloaded Abyss Web Server and installed it on my computer, so that I can do my projects at home. But when I run my CGIs, garbage comes out of my browser.
I'm totally a newbie about CGI and stuff about web servers and its CGI configurations, but I'm getting there. How do I configure my Abyss Web Server to run my GNU C++ CGIs on my web browser? Do I need to add more stuff (like interpreters et al. , cause I vaguely understand the Abyss Web Server Documentation) ? I'm just using my computer as my local host.
Please help. And thanks for considering my query.
