You got the php and MySQL installed thanks to my tutorials , great job but did you read my phpMyAdmin tutorial on how to play around with that. All of my steps are straight forward. 8)

| yahh, i did. just gona enter the myadminthen i stuck there. the php ok,mysql ok too (greenlight) but NOt the phpMYadmin. |

Did you try downloading my phpMyAdmin package because if you get the other one on the internet , you have to rename some folders and put all the files into one folder called phpMyAdmin , so if you did download it , do this
Create a folder out of your htdocs called "scripts"
Inside that folder create another folder called "phpMyAdmin"
take all the files from your downloaded one and put them into that phpMyAdmin folder and you can try it again. 8)

yes i thought that too, cause i jump to the install phpbb2 and saw the site :).
then i install it, but then the errors came up
i try now in the big PC, the laptop is wierd lately
here is my stuff:

i got it work yesterday night. i can login login out by change some text in functions.php file.
ok, thi smorning i start the forum up again and it was unable to get the forum . D A M N!!!
i noticed that the first time i install in a clean PC, mysql light green AND show server info,protocl. now it doesn't show anything at all.
what is the matter with this mysql? i m sure its the Mysql's fault. when i uninstall all i try again, it doesn't either. WEIRD. the only way is Format c: and try again. |
