My head is complety done in with trying to find a free host that would only have a banner on there site and accept at least 1 mysql database and php.
There just doesnt seem to be any. Ive been searching for hours like. I suppose like the simple option is to host it on my own machine but i would only that i dont have broadband therefore am taking up the home Phone line keeping my computer on all day.
I tryed searching on this forum to see if other people had come across this to but unfortunity i cant find anything yet again. So either it isnt my dad or am lost :? anyone who could provide me with one or at least some good free php and mysql hosts i would be most greatful.

http://www.odna.net seems to be very good it takes about a day or 2 to make your account cuz it not automated but it is good
you get a bunch of space ftp access |

thankyou for you support and help. i finally found a host. i decided to go with tripod.co.uk which i found with the help of you's gentlemen and ladys so thankyou very much.
Tripod has a nasty banner but its sufficent for the small use that the site will receive as its only a quick site for one of my classes. Thankyou again. :lol: |

Good for you, but just in case..
If it's just a phpBB2-board you need, I suggest http://www.phpbbhost.org, they host phpBB-boards for free.
