Well... I have Zone Alarm Pro and yes I can Block individual IP's, Domains, or IP Ranges. I don't believe you can do that with the free version...

but unfortunately It's not free. (but they let you have a free trial) I have used it on Abyss using My ISP's smtp and It worked ...

would it be possible to use say somethin like argosoft (any smtp) and then use a cgi script to add webmail to it???
